  Kelly is assisting our client a large apparel, footwear and accessories company in Appleton, WI with an Customer Service Account Specialist role. This is a position expected to last thru the end of August 2024!

  Perks of joining the team:

  • Great opportunity with a reputable company and will fill up quickly!

  • Regular day time schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

  • Starting pay rate of $17.50-17.90/hr. based on skills and experience

  • This is a hybrid role:

  The basics of working as Customer Service Account Specialist include:

  • Provide customer service support for accounts

  • Collaborate with sales department, customer service and other internal departments to resolve concerns

  • Enter, revise and release orders for processing

  • Assist customers and sales representatives with inquiries and requests for information

  • Investigate customer product/service issues and provide resolution and/or plan of action

  • Process requests for return authorizations and credit authorizations

  • Provide support for special projects with department

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

  • 1-3 years of customer service in a B2B setting required

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required, SAP preferred

  • Strong customer service orientation, ability to build rapport and relationships with customers

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
