What you will do:
The Commercial Operations Analyst will be responsible for commercial productivity, efficiency and enablement. You will also work with regional/Korea FP&A and Sales Operations team on projects and tools to improve sales productivity.

Job Description
Productivity to Enhance selling time
Process Optimization and Documentation (Quoting Process, Account Creation Process, etc.)
Shadow visit with sales representatives to understand field sales process and create action plans to improve effectiveness
Efficient and profitable pricing management by DC rate/Pricing Agreement proposal/mgmt.
Unbilled order information management
Support sales representatives through cross-functional cooperation with Operations, Order Management
Effectiveness for generation of better results
Work closely with Commercial Excellence/HR/APJ Sales Operations for SF profiles, training & development, Sales DNA & coaching culture and leadership
Compensation & incentives, rewards/motivation programs design/calculation/process
Target setting & sales forecasting, performance
CRM Administration
Responsible for setting up and maintaining territory alignment in Salesforce
Unbilled order information management
Other projects/cross functional tasks required to support the commercial team
Enablement with tools, content & coaching
Tools: EDW, Power BI, SalesForce
CRM Usage, insights & analytics, business intelligence & customer intelligence
Requirements
Minimum 1 years’ Commercial operations, Sales operations, Financial planning experience
Good-natured and proactive attitude for customer focus and support
Ability to work independently, self-motivated (Clear objectives and fare rewards) and attentive to details
Excellent communication/social skills
English conversation available for conference call and project leading
Expert user of Microsoft Office tools
Ability to work and grow as part of a dynamic team while demonstrating flexibility and ability to make things happen
Talent for working in a fast-paced environment
Experience with BI tool, Power BI and Salesforce is a plus
1 to 2 years’ experience in Life Sciences is a plus
