Join us as Accounts Receivable role for a 12-month contract based in Mississauga (ON), CA.
Provide support to the Parts and CRO team for Accounts Receivables
Accounts Receivable Responsibilities:
Pull invoices daily from SAP and save individually in SharePoint by customer > year > month
Submit invoices daily by email, Ariba portal, mail to customer AP contact/ invoice submission/ portal
Pull current Accounts Receivable status report from SAP and provide statement of account to each customer
Monitoring and maintaining up-to-date records for customer accounts and reviewing accounts in arrears to ensure appropriate actions are taken
Notifying debtors of overdue payments and accounts by telephone and email – including timely follow up if a reply is not received
Review status of each individual invoice in customer portal where applicable.
Hold customer meetings with customer when applicable
Communicate action items to internal stakeholders to resolve issues that may result in credit notes, invoice cancelation, procurement of additional qty of short shipments
Main point of contact for payment remittance receipts
Assist with account reconciliation when needed
Forward payment receipts to Cebu for payment application
Assist Project Controller with monthly/ quarterly cash projections based on cash-in expectation for each customer
Provide collection updates to Project Controller weekly/ biweekly meeting when asked
Provide information and support for the quarterly Debt provision
Provide Parts & CRO Accounts Receivable status and analysis on a monthly basis.
REQUIRED PROFILE:
College Diploma preferred
4 years accounts receivable
Office environment
Strong Computer Skills including MS Excel
Strong SAP skills, data analysis preferred
Strong Customer focus
