Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Treasurer to join our Finance leadership team. This role will guide the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the firm-wide treasury department. In this leadership role, they will oversee all treasury functions, including but not limited to Liquidity/Cash Management, Capital Structure, Banking Relationships, Insurance Broker & Carrier Management, Customer Credit & Collections, Vendor Payable Management, Treasury Accounting, and Hedging Activities. The Treasurer will also develop a strategic vision and direction for the treasury function.

Goal-oriented and possesses the ability to prioritize on a consistent basis in an ever-changing environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; experience in effectively communicating key data, including presentations to Senior Leadership, Board members, Committee members or other outside partners.
An attitude to challenge the status quo, managing with a sense of urgency through ambiguities with a desire to consistently raise the bar.
Ownership mentality and demonstrated ability to independently drive projects to completion, with great attention to detail.
Do These Responsibilities Interest YOU?
Manage and lead Treasury operations, including credit and collections, accounts payable, and treasury operations. Establish and maintain company-wide Treasury processes, policies, and internal controls. Ensure that appropriate internal controls are in place to safeguard cash and related assets across all legal company entities.
Manages and coordinates all investment and commercial banking relationships, executing both new and renewal bank and debt agreements. Involves determining, implementing, and overseeing the necessary processes, services, and resources for debt agreements, credit, banking, and corporate card operations, along with cash management.
Oversight of all banking services, including the management of bank accounts, collections, merchant services, and payables programs, ensuring streamlined and effective financial operations.
Responsible for structuring, negotiating, and managing all corporate debt facilities and covenants, while also determining appropriate financing strategies and capital structures. This includes accurately forecasting and reporting on liquidity needs, interest income, expenses, and related financial metrics, ensuring optimal management of the company's financial resources and compliance with all fiscal obligations.
Develop, implement, and manage customer credit policies and procedures that align with company sales objectives while managing risk effectively. Collaborate closely with the sales team to facilitate customer financing options that support sales targets without compromising financial stability.
Facilitate customer payment process by devising innovative ways for customers to pay bills in a timely way. Partner with the IT, Sales, and Operations to drive and enhance the e-commerce payment experience.
Lead and participate in various risk management cross functional teams that help us identify, safeguard, and protect against possible current and future threats.
Full ownership of the Treasury department P&L.
Do YOU Meet These Requirements?
Bachelor's Degree - Accounting required.
Master's Degree and/or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) required.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Senior Treasury role within a large corporation, preferably distribution, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
