Responsibilities**
*Customer Service: *Answers training inquiries both telephonically and via email.Sale of online offerings.Provides a timely response to student requests for technical or general support.Monitors social media accounts to ensure timely response to any inquiries or questions from potential students, current students, and alumni.*Scheduling: *Assists Interpreter Training Manager in coordinating and scheduling coaching services for online students.*Data Entry and Administrative Tasks: *Assists in enrolling customers in courses.Enters student and payment information into payment system, charging credit cards, issuing refunds, emailing receipts.Assists Interpreter Training Manager management of LMS, uploading recorded content for live weekly sessions, and timelycreation and distribution of certificates and test resultsCourse Logistics: Coordinates the logistics of online training courses. Serves as liaison between ALTA and trainers, coaches and clients for logistical event needs.Other duties as assigned.**POSITION REQUIREMENTS
