Bachelors degree from an accredited university or the equivalent of combined experience and education. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead in the implementation, execution, and maintenance of total rewards strategy.
Supervise direct reports to achieve compensation and benefit management for all SCA, CONUS, OCONUS, TCN and LN employees.
Oversees full scope of ensuring incumbents, New Hires Expats, LNs and TCNs and Subcontractors are processed through the correct contractual medical standard, including developing regular communication with stakeholders.
Uses compensation and benefits experience to develop and present ideas for improvement and is adept at measuring and analyzing data to improve effectiveness, build efficiencies and proactively enhance the delivery of the Total Rewards function.
Oversee the maintenance of compensation and benefits records. Ensure accurate reporting to Corporate and external audits.
Oversee personnel or works directly with Corporate to conduct monthly benefit invoice reconciliation audits.
Provide education and counsel to HR Business Partners, Line Managers, and Talent Acquisition regarding compensation issues, evaluating new positions, grade levels, job descriptions, promotions, and transfers.
Oversee and review, analyze, and evaluate market trends, regulations, and practices to recommend and develop competitive compensation programs to meet recruitment, and retention goals.
Oversee the administering of various employee benefit programs uch as medical, dental, vision, legal, EAP and Flexible and Health Spending Accounts for both CONUS and OCONUS employees.
Train, supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel, coordinate staff work assignments and review work to ensure compliance with established standards, requirements, and procedures, ensure employee understanding of established requirements.
Work with OCONUS teammates and serve as primary POC for medical emergencies and evacuations. Coordinates with respective departments on repatriation of human remains and other various activities. Lead quarterly
