As a Subcontract Prequalification Administrator, your key responsibilities will be to support our Subcontractor Management program for Operational companies to which the requirements apply, work in collaboration with our project management team and in direct communication with subcontractors and HSE Directors and/or their designee and maintain safety statistics, client requirements, Certificates of Insurance, and other requirements in various Michels Family of Companies pre-qualification accounts, including ISN, Avetta, VeriForce, etc. Critical for success are self-motivation, strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

What it takes:
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) and previous business, office, administration, or related experience
Customer service experience
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
