QC Inspector

Description:
1st shift QC Inspector
• Perform Initial, in-process and final inspection of detail parts and assemblies.
• Products include: sub-assemblies, assemblies, and components for defense, aerospace, avionic and industrial applications
• Perform visual inspection and conduct auto or manual testing as required
• Verify tooling is appropriate and in production working condition
• Maintain the company’s tool calibration log
• Document and follow-up of nonconforming products
• Proficient in company MRP system
• Occasionally interact with customer source inspectors and vendor representatives

Inspection, Assembly, Wiring, Hand tool, Mechanical
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum of three 3 years’ experience in product inspection, in an Aerospace environment.
• Must be proficient in interpreting drawing and specifications
• Must have experience Inspecting electro-mechanical assemblies and/or components.
• Must candidates that have experience Inspecting wire/cable harnessing
• Must be able to independently perform workload
• Must have experience inspecting with AS9100 standards.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft office/Outlook as well as company’s MRP system
