Product Operations Analyst - 231064
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:Significant Job Duties: * Manage the implementation of Dental products, including launches, enhancements, and ongoing product maintenance in the annual Affordable Care Act ("ACA") Consumer and Small Group cycle. Duties include: * Project management for annual dental & vision portfolio updates and integration with the broader medical/Rx project management; * Complete CMS templates (in partnership with vendors and/or medical project team), including reading & interpreting annual updates in CMS guidance, communicating those requirements to vendors, and performing gut check Q&A; * Maintain and update the infrastructure for product grid templates, the source of truth for benefits; * Research operational enhancements needed to support benefit enhancements and coordinate the implementation; * Coordinate communication of plan level benefits with IBC's platformand vendors to ensure accurate plan administration; and * Ensure accurate display of dental plans on Consumer retail platforms. * Coordinate compliance with regulatory mandates and internal and external audit requests, including working with corporate audit departments to understand requirements, coordinating with vendor/partners to obtain and QA the requested data, and lead the vetting and implementation of operational enhancements, as needed. * Lead Company wide systems updates from dental & vision perspective (examples include retail platform migration, benefit configuration system, etc.). * Coordinate the resolution of setup & administration issues, including performing operational root cause analysis and developing and recommending solutions. Manage solution implementation across the IBC FOC and with external vendors. * Develop processes and work to improve existing processes to prevent future operational issues and to promote efficiency.
REQUIRED SKILLS:Job Requirements: * Bachelor's degree with preference in analytical, problem solving, and/or process optimization related fields, or equivalent work experience * 3-5 years' work experience * Strong Powerpoint / Excel skills, a plus * Demonstrated success in working on a fast-paced, deadline driven team * Excellent communication and socialization skills, including reading, interpreting and communicating mandates * Problem-solver and self-starter * Strong attention to detail * Ability to coordinate multiple and varied initiatives and activities simultaneously
