Responsibilities:Diagnose, manage and treat pain from injury, illness, or medical conditions.Conduct extensive examination routine to help pinpoint difficult diagnoses. Create rehabilitation and/or treatment plans specifically to patients need with a goal to restore functionality and the healthiest wellbeing of patients.Document all patient evaluations, treatments, medications and transactions according to company policies and procedures.Ensure patients understand their diagnosis and receive relevant information.Prescribing relevant medications to help with patient's pain, injury and regaining functionality. Instructing patients on proper exercise techniques, healthy nutritional behaviors and give adequate advice and support to patient as needed. Administer injections to a patient's pain areas to help relieve pain and restore function.Must be open-minded when discussing various treatment option for patient, ensuring all options are taken into consideration. Must be able to consultant and communicate with other physicians, specialist, and other medical professionals to optimize a patient's treatment. Monitor patients progress during and after treatments.Perform other related duties.
