Overview of Responsibilities
The Accenture Total Reinvention Project Manager will be aligned to the Marketing Capabilities team within the Marketing + Communications (M+C) Intelligent Services group. The role will support the high profile, cross team projects of Accenture+ and the Accenture.com Total Reinvention to ensure a consolidated and consistent roadmap and project plan. This project manager role is focused on maximizing the effectiveness of cross team communications and efficiency for optimal productivity within the projects.
The Accenture+ / Total Reinvention Project Manager will report to the Marketing Capabilities team lead for overall awareness and work day-to-day with identified project leads to manage across the projects. As the Accenture+ / Total Reinvention Project Manager you will foster a high level understanding of the M+C MarTech (tech stack) and how the solutions work together. Critical is understanding the objectives, goals and work teams within the projects to provide agile project management support and planning for workload scalability and managing the timelines is the primary focus.

Key Responsibilities for Accenture+ / Total Reinvention Project Manager
Develop internal stakeholder and team lead relationships
Partner with M+C stakeholders and team leads to define charter and rules of engagement framework
Help facilitate working sessions, including taking detailed notes, with outcomes and actions
Support team leads in status and other organizational tasks
Oversee the strategy, logistics and agenda of the various meetings in collaboration the team leads
Provide meeting support (notes taking, call summaries, invite set up, etc.)
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Manage the detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Maintain changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques
Ensure that all project milestones are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget
Have an awareness of the requirements, timelines, and deliverables on all projects, as well as advising on areas of risk, raising issues early and providing work-in-progress status
Escalation to Marketing Capabilities team lead for risks and challenges within project timeline, scope
Manage across multiple workstreams centered around the strategy and delivery
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Forge partnerships with cross-functional teams, while reinforcing and improving the existing project methodologies and creating value for all parties.
