What You’ll Get to Do
This is a Knowledge Management Specialist role responsible for providing customer and application support across various efforts. Utilize software development and process improvements to implement effective methods of providing knowledge management and PPBE support to N80 leadership at the Government location.
More About the Role
Identify and propose knowledge sharing strategies and tools, including categories and types of knowledge products, their sources of origin, target audience and dissemination channels.
Provide expertise to support application functionality and recommend change management to implement new technology and processes.
Perform data analysis and report on effectiveness of internal control systems; and recommending performance, control, and process improvements.
Implement, monitor, and maintain innovative procedures and practices.
Strategically design an interface that maximizes efficient information dissemination, and product collaboration.
Develop a knowledge management process that encompasses the strategy, architecture and methodology for an enterprise improvement effort.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
Must be experienced in interfacing directly with customers.
Must demonstrate ability to provide professional and timely customer support in a fast-paced environment.
Must demonstrate ability to think innovatively in their work product and solutions.
Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Active DoD Secret clearance.
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
Experience supporting DoD or federal agencies.
Experience with DoD PPBE data and processes.
Security+ Certification.

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $82,100-$172,400. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
