A Kitchen Receiving Clerk will manage the goods and deliveries moving in and out of the kitchen, maintaining an optimal goods inventory, correct storage and issue of goods according to the company's standards.
What will I be doing?
As Kitchen Receiving Clerk, you will accept and control all incoming deliveries for kitchen, maintaining an optimal goods inventory, correct storage and issue of goods. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Acceptance and close control of all incoming goods in respect of volume and quantityVerifies quantity and quality of food products issued to kitchenOversees distribution of all food products in the kitchen storage, coolers and freezersPrepares inventory of food products on hand in kitchenPlace orders through online procurement systemEnsure that all articles reach their place of destination immediatelyEnsure tidiness and cleanliness in area of responsibilityMaintain storerooms, coolers and freezers in optimal condition, arranged and properly identified by item categoryAssist Executive Chef/Sous Chef with all administrative duties including Pay Clock, Scheduling and Payroll.What are we looking for?
