Role Description
We are looking for multiple Growth Managers to take our company to new heights. Whether you specialize in just one area or are a jack-of-all-trades, we want to hear from you! Our goal is to raise the company's MRR from hundreds of thousands USD per month to millions, and we believe that your unique skills can help us get there.
Having successfully finished raising Series A, we are now keen to add paid channels to our thriving organic growth funnel. This includes display and search advertising, software review sites, and more. Even if you only have expertise in one of these areas, don't hesitate to apply! We are looking for the best, and we believe that could be you.
Responsibilities
Manage and run all paid ads, and provide strategic decision on budget management to achieve maximum ROI
Develop high-impact campaigns that drive significant user acquisition and revenue growth by leveraging marketing automation tools
Oversee different channels for growth related to our product
Oversee product branding on our website, lead generation activities, customer activation, and, user engagement to enhance brand visibility
Explore internal data, customer insights, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities
Utilize data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, customer behaviour, and user engagement to drive continuous improvement
Spearhead experimentation initiatives to test new growth strategies, and identify successful methods to ensure scalable initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with overall company goals
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in building an enterprise B2B SaaS or similar software product
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in data analytics tools, marketing automation tools, and a solid understanding of marketing analytics
Experience with end-to-end funnel marketing, to executing campaigns through paid channels
Proven track record in successfully managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns that resulted in significant revenue growth
Self starter and is a go-getter that will be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Good communication skills in English with an ability to clearly explain complex ideas verbally and in writing;
Nimble and agile team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
