Minimum QualificationsPreferred QualificationsFive to ten years of experience in a procurement environment, especially indirect procurement, with a focus on facilities and workplace services category management.Demonstrated experience, subject matter expertise, and knowledge in developing and implementing GWS category strategies, analytics, and action plans across the global footprint.Proven experience managing strategic facilities management suppliers.Gather, analyze and present data-strong, effective analytics skillset.Translate business issues and operational issues into functional plans.Demonstrated performance of detailed FM analytics and cost modeling utilizing internal and external benchmark information.Develop and issue RF(x)s, analyzes proposals, negotiate price/delivery, lead the team through a concise, objective decision-making process.Negotiate complex contracts, master agreements, professional service agreements, outs
