Summary You will serve as a Financial Management Analyst of CNSSC FLD DET MECH PA. Responsibilities You will manage, allocate and monitor financial resources in compliance with laws, regulations, and policies, with sufficient transparency and appropriate internal controls. You will ensure resources are efficiently applied to meet organizational goals and objectives, while considering the Federal Government's fiduciary duty to the Nation. You will apply fiscal law, policies, regulations, principles, standards, and procedures to financial management activities. You will utilize integrated federal financial management systems and sub-systems to extract data, identify and resolve system problems, and maintain data integrity. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications For the GS-11, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Financial Management Analyst experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying principles, concepts, and practices to perform assignments concerning financial management and accounting. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following duties:1) Reviewing financial documents to support Dormant Account Review-Quarterly reviews;2) Reviewing and resolving unmatched financial transactions;3) Reviewing and resolving financial line of accounting issues within Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or other financial reporting system of record;4) Reviewing and recommending changes to management policies and procedures;5) Utilizing the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or related automated financial systems to extract, interpret, and analyze financial reports and statistical data. For the GS-12, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Financial Management Analyst experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying principles, concepts, and practices to perform assignments concerning financial management and accounting.
