We are seeking an Estimating Coordinator. The Estimating Coordinator is an in-office role and is responsible for the administrative coordination of the construction bid process and working in partnership with the internal Estimating Team. The ideal candidate has exceptional communication skills as this role is highly collaborative and requires significant time on the phone speaking with subcontracting companies. Candidates should have an acute attention to detail and a strong ability to build relationships.
The candidate will work to achieve their respective objectives, and will report directly to the Estimator
Estimating Coordinating Job Responsibilities:
· Upload and Download files from internet
· Internet research and utilizing other technology/software, as required
· Calling and Emailing Vendors for quotes, qualifications, and other information
· Assist in prequalification of vendor/subcontractors
· Requires thorough knowledge and understanding of process flow to ensure information released to estimators and project management is complete, accurate and well organized
· General assistance to accounting, estimating and construction staff, as required

Requirements
· Working towards a degree in construction management or related field with a minimum of 2 years work experience within the construction industry.
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects/activities in a dynamic fast pace environment. · Must have project scheduling and document control experience.
· Superior communication and organization development skills.
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross‐functional teams.
· Experience with the following software: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
