Rite-Solutions, Inc. is seeking a well-organized, reliable electronics technician to join our team on-site in Naval Undersea Warfare Center Newport, RI. The electronics technician's responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing electronics, reading manuals/procedures/drawings, and installing new equipment, performing routine servicing and inspections, assisting with training, recruitment, and electronic upgrades, and reporting to the supervisor. You should be able to provide excellent customer service and manage electronic systems and equipment efficiently.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyze designs of electrical, electronic, and/or mechanical components and systems to be used in Imaging, Electronic Warfare, and/or Radar systems.Integrate, installing, repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electronic components associated with Electronic Warfare, Imagining, and Radar systems.Ensuring all power and manual tools are operated in accordance with health and safety regulations.Liaising with Supervisors and clients to discuss work schedules and time and material cost estimates.Carrying out scheduled preventative maintenance and servicing equipment.Performing equipment demonstrations and drawing up training manuals wherever required.Interpreting drawings, training manuals, and instructions to perform duties.Following written, verbal, and telephonic instructions.Attending regular training workshops and reporting to the supervisor.Coordinate with Team Lead and work with the engineering team to review, design, analyze, and recommend changes required to ensure component or system performance requirements are met.Provide recommendations for process improvements to existing systems and operational processes.Requirements/Skills:
