Design Director -Nike, Inc., Beaverton, OR. Direct, manage, and lead a Nike group of designers across multiple disciplines and categories. Own a particular segment of the business and provide tactical and strategic direction to internal and external teams and partners. Contribute and collaborate with peers on the development and management of the overall Nike design department. Manage and lead a design studio including strategic, tactical and executional responsibilities. Provide direction and inspiration for a group of designers and lead the team by directing key concepts, strategies, and brand positioning and executional outcomes. Communicate design concepts to various internal and external audiences. Manage design processes to ensure design deliverables and timelines and budgets are met. Contribute strategically to the business component of brand, seasonal storytelling, brand experience, virtual experience and events design and provide design solutions that influence, increase, and enhance the Nike design department and Nike brand. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY.
Applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or Textile Design and 7 years of experience in the job offered or a design-related occupation. Experience must include:

Must have No Degree and 9 years of experience in the job offered or a design-related occupation. Experience must include:
