  Claims Consultant - Accident, Health and Travel

  Claims Consultant – Accident, Health & Travel

  We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our Parramatta office in the role of Claims Consultant in Accident, Health & Travel. The purpose of this role is to manage Accident, Health and Travel claims end to end, by providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers through proactive claim management.

  After initial training you will be able to work from home 3-4 days a week!

  What are my accountabilities?

  Process claims within your delegated authority;

  Meet, if not exceed, claim deadline deliverables;

  Ensure compliance with relevant service level agreements and obligation to Codes; and

  Provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

  About you :

  Minimum of 2 years experience in managing Accident, Health or Travel claims

  Customer service and claims handling experience (essential);

  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;

  Demonstrated organisational and time management skills;

  The ability to work independently and within a team; and

  Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
