About Business Development Associate

   

  Position Overview:

  As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business through strategic prospecting and client acquisition. 

   

  Work Schedule and Arrangement: 9:00 PM- 6:00 AM, Onsite

   

  Office Location : 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

   

  Key Responsibilities:

   

  Prospecting and Lead Generation

  Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries

  Utilize various channels, such as phone calls, to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline

  Scheduling appointments with potential clients

  Making outbound calls to generate sales

  Collaborate with the Global Sales Team to create strategies 

  Email Prospecting

   

  Client Acquisition

  Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present our products/services effectively

  Follow up with prospects

  Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and be able to schedule a demo with DrC Service Consultants

  Negotiate and close deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets

   

  Relationship Building

  Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

  Provide excellent customer service to ensure prospects are well informed about the services' features and benefits

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and concerns

   

  Collaboration and Communication

  Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to achieve collective goals.

  Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

   

  Requirements:

  At least college level.

  At least 1 year of sales experience, either BPO or non-BPO sales.

  Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  Ability to operate with less supervision.

  Effective customer service.

  Prospecting and lead generation.

   

  Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):

  Monthly salary of 25,000php - 30,000php

  New hire bonus of 5,000php

  Risk allowance of 2,000php

  Uncapped commissions
