1st Shift Billing Clerk (Data Entry Operator)
HOURS:
1 st shift flexible as needed
Saturday’s required
Sunday’s as needed
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Take care of billing for Loading Dock, including verifying orders and filing invoices.
Answer phones as needed.
Put together pick lists to prepare for following day’s loads.
Ready the temperature recorder for each truck with product to be delivered.
Various duties to be completed as needed within loading dock billing office.
Double verify exports documents prior to sending out
Perform various other accounting duties as needed to ensure efficiency in the Accounting Department.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong organizational skills
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Previous accounting and office experience preferred
10-key and computer skills required
Communication skills - written and verbal including phone etiquette
Good work history including attendance
Team player among all shifts
