Aon is looking an Account Specialist II, hybrid in Lincolnshire, IL!
The ASII will assist AEs/Brokers on assigned accounts, running key processes and undertaking client facing and internal activities as they relate to our commercial risk business.
Role Responsibilities:
Identify and retrieve relevant compliance documentation vital to process various ACS services.
Process various client requests including, but not limited to; initiating a renewal, processing an invoice, issuing auto IDs, processing surplus lines, and other requests.
Mentor and assist junior staff with more complex account functions. Help colleagues troubleshoot and resolve client issues within the ACS team and use Document Management System.
Ensure system of record (Bridge & Broker Desktop) is accurate and current to ensure outputs and client goals will be produced according to guidelines and policy detail.
Creates policy summaries, schedules of insurance, calculates premium allocations, and provides quality review for timeliness and quality of all post placement outputs.
Perform account review to meet client timelines and to ensure accuracy of goals
Skills and experience that will lead to success:
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with external and internal clients on client servicing activities
Understands operation processes and methodologies; ability to work effectively with moderate guidance and supervision.
Must have strong Excel skills to import/export data, strong Word skills, some v-look up experience a plus.
Successfully operates in a fast-paced output driven environment that requires staff members to multi-task, react quickly and perform task that are not routine.
Must maintain appropriate insurance brokers license or obtain within 6 months of hire.
Desired Skills (not required, but would help you stand out)
3 to 5 years of commercial insurance experience is a plus

Pay Transparency Laws:
The salary range for this position is $54,900 to $73,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
